Account Executive

We are looking for a passionate Account Executive who will partner with and ensure the long-term success of our customers. You will be responsible for developing long-term relationships with your portfolio of assigned customers, connecting with key business executives and stakeholders. You will liaise between customers and cross-functional internal teams to ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs.

 

Responsibilities

  • Operate as the lead point of contact for any and all matters specific to your customers
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships
  • Develop a trusted advisor relationship with key customer stakeholders and executives
  • Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives
  • Communicate clearly the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders
  • Forecast and track key account metrics
  • Identify and grow opportunities within territory and collaborate with sales teams
  • Assist with high severity requests or issue escalations as needed

 

Essential Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

  • 5+ years of account management or other relevant experience
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate, present, and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization, including executive and C-level
  • Experience in delivering client-focused solutions based on customer needs
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects at a time while paying strict attention to detail
  • Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills

 

Experience and Certification Required

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • 5-7 years experience

Field Sales Representative

Full-time • Midland, TX / San Antonio, TX / Tyler, TX

 

The Field Sales Representative is responsible for the development and implementation of sales efforts for onshore oilfield equipment and services. This position plans, executes, and manages all sales efforts in accordance with established goals set by the leadership team.

 

Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new customers for products and services
  • Manage all existing clients, develop customer accounts, and document sales activities
  • Participate in the development of proposals for new and existing accounts
  • Assist in the development and maintenance of brand marketing
  • Attend and participate in company/industry sales and marketing events
  • Assist collections by acting as a liaison between Energent Group and customers to collect outstanding dues
  • Create and comply with short-term and long-term sales goals, policies, and operating procedures
  • Adhere to individual expense budget

 

Essential Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

  • Ability to set individual goals and drive to achieving them
  • Understanding of oil and gas operations, primarily drilling and completion
  • Ability to adhere to the company’s expense and reimbursement policy
  • Knowledge of contracting and negotiating
  • Ability to understand and structure sales quota goals and revenue expectations
  • Ability to initiate, develop, and maintain successful customer relations efforts
  • Excellent professional written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Basic knowledge of Google Docs and Spreadsheets

The Analyst Intern is responsible for the implementation of client research and internal analysis for onshore oilfield equipment and services.

Responsibilities

  • Be an integral part of the research team in identifying new leads for products and services
  • Assist in the creation of written analysis along with visual presentation
  • Develop new techniques for data acquisition, data quality, and quality control
  • Assist in presentations, client engagements, and customer support
  • Attend and participate in company/industry Lunch ‘n Learn events
  • Perform special projects and other day-to-day duties

Essential Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

  • Strong problem-solving skills and keen attention to detail
  • Excellent professional written and verbal communication skills

Responsibilities

  • Be an integral part of the sales team in identifying new leads for products and services
  • Assist in the distribution and delivery of marketing materials
  • Assist in fulfilling marketing offers
  • Attend and participate in company/industry sales and marketing events
  • Assist in social media efforts
  • Perform periodic analysis of marketing and sales data
  • Analyze competitor marketing and sales efforts
  • Assist in the creation of online/offline marketing campaigns and promotions
  • Perform special projects and other day-to-day duties
